Life Line

It starts in the border of the hand, between the thumb and the index finger, well below the Mount of Jupiter, sometimes in the same mount, it also surrounds the Mount of Negative Mart and it traces an arch around the Mount of Venus.

This line will indicate the health, the illnesses, the obstacles and it will also indicate the time where important facts can happen. Their total absence will denote a very short life, but that it is necessary to relate it with other lines of the hand.

As a general rule one can affirm that a Line of Life that is short will mean a brief existence if this sign exists in both hands, but I repeat that it will be necessary to discover other signs in the hand, as well as the Line of Mercury, Mental/Head and of the Emotional/Heart Line before giving a definitive diagnosis, because those lines together with the Line of Life will give us a defined prognosis.

A Line of Life well formed that surrounds the Mount of Venus in both hands, without stains, crosses or breaks, even if they are small, if it is very marked in the two hands it will be synonymous of long life without defects, serenity and peace, anyway, let us say that it will be a good premonition.

I have seen people with short or faulty lines that had more than sixty years, but they had in the Mental/Head Line and in the Line of Mercury, data that demonstrates that their determination and their fight would help them overcome the difficult moments of their existence.
In these cases it will be necessary to make a careful study of both hands before submitting any opinion, because we have seen that in some hands the Line of Life was very well defined, with good characteristics, while they didn't exist in the other one. It is generally the left hand that is the one that will tell us what is of our genetic inheritance, while the right one will confirm in a positive way or negative what the left says.

This line is never missed in the hand of a mature person, while other important lines, just as the Saturnian/Destiny, the Emotional/Heart line or the Mercurian can be missed.

According to the statistics, of 100 individuals 40% possess the main lines in a hand and 29% in both hands.

Among the experiments to determine the accuracy of the signs in connection with the duration of the life, 554 cases were studied, of which 353 were men and 201 women. The correlation between the lived age and the indicative signs was positive in 380 cases that is to say almost 69%.

When this line is born in the Mount of Jupiter, or it has a direct ramification towards that mount, it will be a sign of great validity, because it will announce an ambitious being that will know how to relate to opportunities, trying to take advantage of any favourable opportunity that presents it’s self to him/her. Great success possible (some authors call it Line of Ambition).
